We dispatch orders daily from Sydney. Your order will be dispatch the day you place your order or the following business day. All order are confirmed by email providing the estimated delivery time. Metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra - within 2 -3 working days. Western Australia, Tasmania and regional areas of all other States, 2 - 9 working days.
Most orders are sent with couriers, this requires a street address and a receiver’s signature. If you are not home they will leave a card with instructions to arrange redelivery. Alternatively there is option when you place the order to give permission to the courier to delivery without a signature. Couriers cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. We can deliver to a PO Box, however, this may incur and additional cost which is not calculated on check out.
Delivery to a Post Office Box
Most order are sent with couriers, couriers cannot deliver to PO Box addresses, we can deliver to a PO Box, however this may incur an additional cost, which is not calculated on checkout. If you only provide a PO Box address, and the freight fee does not cover this cost we will contact you to arrange alternative address or collect additional payment.
The delivery fee is added to all orders at the checkout. This cost calculated on check out based on the address and physical size of the order. Most orders are sent by courier, this requires a street address, the cost is calculated assuming a street address is provided. We can deliver to a PO Box, however, this may incur and additional cost which is not calculated on check out. Unfortunately we cannot ship outside of Australia.
Damaged in Transit or Faulty
If your purchase is damaged in transit or faulty we will send you a replacement, freight free. We will arrange, with your help, for the damaged or faulty product to be retuned to us.
No Hassle Returns
We want you to be complete happy with your purchase. We offer "no hassle returns" for any product purchased directly form Bokashi Composting Australia. If you are not satisfied with a Bokashi One or EnsoPet product, for any reason, you may return it within 30 day and we will provide a full refund of the purchase price.
