What can I compost in my Bokashi One Bucket?

What can I compost in my Bokashi One Bucket?
Just about all kitchen waste can be added to your Bokashi One Bucket!
Essentially anything that was ever alive can be composted. The Bokashi One Bucket and microbe mix simplify and accelerate the composting process.

I have a question. Is it possible to put cat litter from the cat toilet in my Bokashi bin and use it, when well fermented, in the vegetable garden?
The cat doesn't come outside, of that makes a difference.
Thanx a lot!
Jaz
As long as the cat litter is made from natural sources it is good to compost and can go in a Bokashi One Bucket or an EnsoPet. We recommend keeping compost with pet waste a metre away from where food is grown. It does not make any difference as to if the cat is an outside or inside cat.
Here is a link to more information on composting kitty litter.

Thanks for your questions, yes this absolutely should be happening. This is a fungi and an indication that your waste is fermenting.
I look forward to your reply.
Kind regards
Alison
I have two potted citronella plants that died while I was away, can I put all of it in my bokashi bin? Or just the shriveled/very dead citronella and put the substrate back in my garden?
Thanks
